For: Children receiving treatment for prediabetes, Type 2 diabetes, at risk for diabetes or metabolic disorders

Camp Fee: $100

This includes transportation, meals, snacks, and activities.  A $25 nonrefundable fee holds your spot.

Financial aid may be available to families who qualify.
