Parent/ Camper Info:
Please read this form in its entirety before registering your child for camp!
Registration forms and $50 registration fee are required to reserve a camper's spot. Registration forms are due with payment by May 14th, 2021. Later registrations may be accepted, as bunk availability allows.
After the registration form and payment are received, you will be sent (via the mail or to your e-mail) the Required Camper Information Forms. These forms include a required physical form that must be completed by your child's primary care doctor/ pediatrician, NOT their endocrinologist. Required Camper Information Forms are due by June 11, 2021.
Campers are admitted to camp based on having all paperwork completed, and at the discretion of the Medical Director and the Camp Director.
If you are requesting a campership, you are still required to pay the $50 Registration Fee. You will receive the Campership application with the rest of the Required Camper Information Forms AFTER the fee and form have been received. Campership applications, with income verification documents, are due by May 28th, 2021.

Camp Willson Info:
Please see the comprehensive list of items to pack for camp, as well as Camp Willson's Bed Bug Prevention Policy. This will give instruction on how to properly pack items that will go through the heater (to kill bed bugs).
