Diabetes Dayton utilizes CampDoc for all our registration needs.  Please contact the office to get your registration process started.  If you are a returning client to CampDoc you will receive an invitation to complete your registration.  Camp Timponi campers will need to contact our office to be entered into CampDoc for the first time.  937-220-6611
